Craig was appointed to the Board in March 2007. He was a founder executive of the Aviation division and has worked for Menzies Aviation for 15 years. In 2003, he moved from being the Chief Financial Officer into the operational and commercial role as Vice President, Americas and was appointed Managing Director of Menzies Aviation in February 2004. He is a chartered accountant.
Paula was appointed as Group Finance Director on 10thJune 2013.
Paula was previously the Group Finance Director for Ricardo plc, Finance and Property Director of Gatwick Airport at BAA plc and held senior finance and business development roles with AWG plc and Rolls-Royce plc. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Paula is currently a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Laird PLC.
Stephen is responsible for the AMI business. He started in Aviation with Ogden Aviation in 1997. Prior to that, he worked for 14 years at the International Executive Service Corps, where he served as the Information Services Director and the Treasurer.
Stephen graduated from Pace University's MBA program with distinction, and he has dual undergraduate majors in Mathematics and Business from Mercy College, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Mervyn is responsible for Menzies Aviation's network-wide operational performance encompassing cargo handling, passenger handling and support services.
Mervyn has worked in the aviation business for almost 31 years and before joining Menzies held various senior positions with Servisair. Mervyn is a graduate of Queens University in Belfast and started his career with Aer Lingus in Ireland.
Giles joined Menzies Aviation as EVP - Finance in April 2011.
Prior to joining Menzies Aviation, he worked for 5 years as Finance Director for Commercial Estates Group Ltd, a privately owned property company. From 2000 to 2006 he was working at Gallaher Group Plc, where in the first three years he was in the business development function working on a number of successful acquisitions, and latterly as Finance Director for Gallaher UK, the largest division accounting for half Gallaher Group Plc profits.
He is a chartered accountant qualified with PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1999 and holds a degree in Civil Engineering.
