The Company was today notified of the following transaction:

 

Mr Dollman exercised options under the savings-related share option scheme over 606 ordinary shares in the Company on 1 December at an exercise price of 286p per share. He is retaining these shares.

 

Mr Dollman's beneficial shareholding in the Company following this transaction is 14,623 shares (0.02% of issued share capital).
