In accordance with the Companies Act 1985 and the Listing Rules of the Financial Services Authority, the Company makes the following announcement in relation to a disclosure of interest in its issued ordinary shares of 25p each.

 

The Company received notification today from Barclays PLC that as at 20 September 2006 it no longer had a notifiable interest of 3% or more in the capital of the Company.
