The Company has today submitted an application to the UK Listing Authority for the block listing of, and to the London Stock Exchange for the Admission of, 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each which will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares, to the Official List.

 

These block listed shares will be issued pursuant to the exercise of options under the John Menzies Savings-Related Stock Option Scheme.

 

Copies of the scheme rules are available for inspection from Hoare Govett Limited up to and including 14 days from the date hereof.
