The Company was today notified of the following transaction:

 

Mr Dollman exercised options under the savings-related share option scheme over 2,680 ordinary shares in the Company on 7 April at an exercise price of 275p per share. He is retaining these shares.

 

Mr Dollman's beneficial shareholding in the Company following this transaction is 14,017 shares (0.03% of issued share capital).

 

This notification is made in accordance with Section 324 (as extended by Section 328) of the Companies Act 1985 and Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the Disclosure Rule sourcebook.
