Mr Dollman was allocated options over 1,561 ordinary shares of 25p each on 13 October 2005 under the John Menzies plc Savings-Related Stock Option Scheme at an exercise price of 467p per share. These options will mature on and become exercisable from 1 December 2008.

 

The total number of shares over which options are held in the Company by Mr Dollman following this transaction is 268,792 (0.46% of the issued ordinary share capital).

Mr Smyth exercised options over 2,500 ordinary shares in the Company on 17 October 2005 at an exercise price of 520p per share.  

 

Mr Smyth's beneficial shareholding in the Company following this transaction is 8,023 shares (0.01% of the issued ordinary share capital).
