Mr Callaghan exercised options over 67,458 ordinary shares in the Company on 7 September 2005 at an exercise price of 331p per share, and sold these shares on the same day at 580p per share.

 

Mr Callaghan's beneficial shareholding in the Company following these transactions remains at 10,194 shares (0.02% of the issued ordinary share capital).
