The Company has submitted an application to the UK Listing Authority and London Stock Exchange for 38,750 ordinary shares of 25p each fully paid, to be admitted to and listed on the Official List. The shares, once the application is approved, will be listed with effect from 25 April 2005.

 

These shares were issued under The John Menzies Share Incentive Scheme and the listing application is made to update the UK Listing Authority's records.

 

The above listing represents 0.07% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
