SALE OF EDINBURGH OFFICES

John Menzies plc ("Menzies") has today agreed the sale of freehold offices for £9.7m. subject to various conditions including planning consent. These offices, in Rose St. Edinburgh, were previously occupied mainly by its John Menzies Retail division, which was sold in March. Menzies will lease office space within the building.
