NEW MANAGING DIRECTOR APPOINTED AT ELC
The John Menzies Group has appointed Mike France as Managing Director of Early Learning Centre, with effect from 15th September.Mike has held senior positions in Bhs plc, and was subsequently the Managing Director of Shoe City. He previously served 14 years with Littlewoods.
