MENZIES AVIATION
Craig Smyth
Managing Director
Craig was appointed to the Board in March 2007. He was a founder executive of the Aviation division and has worked for Menzies Aviation for 15 years. In 2003, he moved from being the Chief Financial Officer into the operational and commercial role as Vice President, Americas and was appointed Managing Director of Menzies Aviation in February 2004. He is a chartered accountant.
Paul Dollman
Group Finance Director
Paul was appointed as Group Finance Director in 2002. He is also a Non- Executive Director of Scottish Amicable Life Association Society. A chartered accountant, he was previously Finance Director at William Grant & Sons Ltd, and has also held senior financial positions with Inveresk PLC, Maddox Group plc and Clydesdale Retail Group.
Stephen Koller
EVP, IT
Stephen is responsible for all information technology systems used in the business, from office PCs to real-time critical systems used by airlines, customs and Menzies-owned companies. His decade in the international aviation industry began with Odgen Aviation.
Mervyn Walker
EVP, Operations
Mervyn is responsible for the service delivery of the Menzies Aviation operational network. His career spans nearly 30 years in aviation having also worked for Aer Lingus and Servisair.
MENZIES DISTRIBUTION
David McIntosh
Managing Director
David was appointed to the Board in June 2009. He joined Menzies in 1989 becoming Finance Director of Menzies Distribution in 1999. More recently as Commercial and Marketing Director, he was responsible for commercial contractual arrangements, key retail and publisher relationships and business information provision. He is a chartered accountant.

David Morton
Strategic Development Director
David joined John Menzies in 1992 and is responsible for innovation, implementation and evolution of logistics technologies and process, and other developments of strategic added value to the business, clients and customers. He is also involved in various distribution sector initiatives.
David Speirs 
IT Director
David joined Menzies Distribution in May 2006 as IT director. Previously executive director for IT and production with The Scotsman, David has also worked for a variety of major multi-national organisations.
Christina Mellon
HR Director
Christina joined Menzies in February 2009 and has worked in various senior HR roles in both the private and public sector throughout her career. With over 20 years of specialisation in employee relations and employment law, Christina brings a wide ranging knowledge of HR and a broad store of business experience.
Alex Mitchell
Operations Director
Alex has Board responsibility for Menzies Distribution's operational performance. Alex started his career with the company in 1974 and has held various senior operational positions before appointment to the Board in 2009.
David Cooke
Commercial & Marketing Director
David has Board responsibility for Retail and Publisher-facing account management, product allocation, first-line customer contact and general commercial matters. David joined Menzies in September 2009 having previously spent 21 years with Tesco, serving in a number of roles in logistics and buying in both the food and non-food areas.
Jane Dyson
Director, Menzies Marketing Services
Janehas board responsibility for running the divisions portfolio of marketing companies providing services including supplying sales and merchandising teams, free distribution and promotional staff to clients across an array of business sectors, a range of services spanning retail inventory management, travel media supply and press deliveries to major businesses.
